SPX series graphite modified polypropylene falling film absorber is a new generation of falling film absorption absorbers, mainly used to absorb HCL gas to produce hydrochloric acid, and also used for the absorption of easily soluble corrosive gases such as HF, SO2, NH3, P2O5, H2S, etc. In addition, it can also be used as a falling film evaporation equipment for corrosive media with low to medium boiling points.
It has an integral polypropylene structure with excellent corrosion resistance and good physical and mechanical properties. The absorption tube used for the falling film absorber produced by our company is a specially graphite modified ( 50% weight ratio) polypropylene tube of Φ18×1.5mm, with good film-forming properties and high heat transfer efficiency.
It is currently an ideal absorption device with excellent performance. If used in conjunction with a packed tower, taking the preparation of hydrochloric acid by absorbing HCL as an example, the absorption rate can reach up to 99%, and the concentration of hydrochloric acid can reach over 30%.
