The shell of the Yili series graphite modified polypropylene series tubular heat exchanger is a corrosion-resistant heat exchange equipment made of integrally reinforced polypropylene pipes, pure polypropylene sheets or modified polypropylene sheets, and graphite modified polypropylene heat exchange tubes, which are processed twice to form a complete plastic structure.
This product is a fixed tube sheet tube shell structure. The heat exchange tubes in the Yili brand SPGH series heat exchangers are specially designed graphite modified polypropylene thin-walled thin tubes, with a graphite content of 50% by weight.
This product not only maintains the advantages of corrosion resistance, lightweight, high-strength, and less prone to scaling in polypropylene equipment, but also greatly improves the heat transfer performance of the equipment. The total heat transfer coefficient of the equipment reaches 250~400KCal/m h ℃
