WQX series big tail gas absorption device is composed of a falling film absorber, a packed absorption tower, a water jet vacuum unit, a storage tank, and an acid pump. It adopts an advanced reverse absorption process and is mainly used to absorb HCL gas to prepare hydrochloric acid. It can also be used for the recovery and treatment of gases such as SO2, NH3, P2O5, H2S, etc. The device integrates absorption, cooling, and acid production, and the entire process can be carried out under sealed condition or negative pressure according to the system's needs, which makes sure safe and leak free. The system adopts a cyclic absorption method, with an absorption rate of 98% -100% and a concentration of over 30% (better with frozen brine). It is an ideal product for tail gas absorption and waste gas treatment in chemical production.
