On the one hand, it recovers soluble gases, turns waste into treasure, and on the other hand, it purifies gases and meets emission standards. 

With the development of Chinese chemical industry and the continuous improvement of Chinese national environmental protection requirements, small chemical enterprises and some food and electronic industries have also been included in the list of environmental protection requirements. The characteristics of these enterprises are that the amount of waste gas is not large, the density is small, but it is not feasible without treatment. The investment for a conventional waste gas absorption device is very big, which takes big land area, and also requires on-site installation and debugging, which is very inconvenient.  

Based on the above situation, our company has recently launched a complete set of small tail gas absorption devices. This device integrates a falling-film absorber, a packed absorption column, a water jet vacuum unit, an acid tank, and a circulating pump (depending on the model) into a unified structure. The cooler is located inside the acid tank, with a compact structure. It has been installed and debugged before leaving the factory, and users only need to connect water and electricity (or undergo simple assembly) to put it into use after receiving it. It has been used by hundreds of chemical enterprises and is highly praised.
