LCSP series roots-water jet vacuum unit is composed of a Roots pump (or named as mechanical booster pump) as the main pump (including an intermediate pump, which has two types of anti-corrosion and non anti-corrosion), and the water jet pump as a front stage pump which can pump corrosive gases.
