ZF series self suction chemical centrifugal pump is a new generation of self suction chemical centrifugal pump with super suction head exclusively developed by our company. Material and Working Temperature 

Main material: RPP or PVDF 

 Mechanical seal: patented machine seal, double-sided silicon carbide. For use under alkaline conditions, please let us know and a press free seal (patented structure) available 

 Motor: Ordinary motor or explosion-proof motor 

 Working temperature: -12 ℃~80 ℃ (RPP) or -40 ℃~135 ℃(PVDF) 

 One-way valve: ordinary nitrile rubber or fluororubber

Existing Problems in Practical Application

Almost all self suction pumps in the market have problems: 1. There are too many sealing surfaces. In the employment, sealing surface leakage is easily caused, which will damage the equipment, and cause pollution, and will leak out all the priming liquid in the pump body; The leaked liquid will corrode the inserts in the pump body, directly damaging the equipment. This is a big problem. Solution: ZF series pump only has one sealing surface and there are no inserts in the pump body. There are fewer sealing surfaces, fewer leakage points, and it is easy to find. Even if there is a leak, it will not damage the machine. All of these makes ZF pump have high suction range. 2. Mechanical sealing damage. In addition to normal wear and tear of the machine seal, many times it is abnormal damage, resulting in greater losses. We use a patented machine seal, with a cooling surface that is 3-6 times that of a conventional WB2 machine seal, and the cooling surface that extends into the pump body to produce bubbles due to damage, in order to avoid abnormal damage as much as possible. The normal service life of ZF self priming pump is approved loner than that of ordinary polypropylene self priming pump in the large use; The replacement cost of accessories is also lower than that of similar products in the market.
