SPBZ-WD series double-linked horizontal all-plastic water jet vacuum unit is an extension of the single unit with a large pumping capacity, with a maximum pumping capacity of 1200m3/h. It can also be used as a backup for workstations. On the basis of the single unit, the double unit has added an iron bracket (made of U-steel #8 ), enlarged the water tank, also with butterfly valves at the inlet of the dual unit pump. When repairing and replacing the pump and accessories, there is no need to empty the water in the water tank. If one is damaged, the other can still be used, without delaying production. Generally SPBZ-WD uses one buffer tank and one connection, but you can have special requirements for flexible use.

1. The space is limited and requires a large amount of air extraction for use under working conditions. For example, two vacuum pumps can be turned on in the early stage of material reaction to achieve maximum extraction capacity, thereby reducing material reaction time, saving energy, and improving product quality and production capacity; In the later stage of material reaction, when there is less gas generation, a vacuum pump can be turned off to achieve energy-saving effects.

2. In important workstations, one vacuum pump of the dual unit can be used as a backup pump. If one pump is damaged and needs to be repaired, the other pump can take instead to avoid idle production capacity.

The base of the dual unit adopts national standard No. 8 channel steel and has undergone anti-corrosion treatment.
